Club Ice

Join other PSC members on freestyle sessions reseved just for us. Non-member guests may skate twice to try out the session or if they are visiting from out of town. Club ice is held every Thursday from 5:15pm -6:15pm on center ice in SJ. Club ice runs from September through May and is $11.00/session for members with punch card, $12.50 drop in and $16 for non-members drop in, payable to the ice monitor prior to the beginning of the session. Pre-requisite: Skaters must have passed their Pre-Preliminary Freeskating test. Contact the Club Ice Monitor for more information.

Annual Meeting

PSC’s annual meeting is held every May after US Figure Skating’s Governing Council meeting. Please join us to celebrate our skater’s achievements, review rule changes for the upcoming competition season, and elect new board members. Details about the annual meeting are sent out to the membership in April.

Competitions

Winter Skate is PSC's first competition of the calendar year- held in February. It is held at Nazareth Ice Oasis in Redwood City and includes moves in the field and dance events.

Spring Jubilee consists of basic skills, singles and pairs freeskating (short and freestyle programs), dance, theater-on-ice, and showcase events. The competition is in mid-May- held at Sharks Ice in San Jose.

Silicon Valley is PSC’s premier competition held every August-held at Sharks Ice in San Jose. The competition consists of basic skills, singles and pairs freeskating (short and freestyle programs)and artistic events. This competition features world, international and national officials.

2013 May 23	Exhibition, Pizza Party and General Meeting	Description: Exhibition, Pizza Party, and General Meeting Thursday, May 23 (at) 5:15 pm - Sharks Ice San Jose All PSC club members are invited! May 23 is our last club ice of the season, so let's celebrate! Skaters wishing to perform an exhibition may contact Rosanna Ochoa. Skaters will be selected on a first come, first served basis. Pizza will be provided by PSC. Skaters and their families are welcome to bring dessert to share. We also need all PSC members who are ages 18 and over to vote in the election, or consider taking a board position.
