Join the Club!

Peninsula Skating Club is dedicated to furthering the sport of figuring skating in the Bay Area, South Bay and Peninsula. With a membership base of over 350 and a strong coaching staff, PSC is home to both recreational skaters as well as Olympic hopefuls.
Peninsula accepts new members all year round. Our membership year coincides with the US Figure Skating membership year and runs from July 1 to June 30. We have a number of membership types to fit the various interests and needs of our members. As a club member, you are eligible for:

• Club ice sessions for practice as well as social opportunities
• PSC test sessions for Moves in the Field, Freestyle and Dance
• Performance opportunities at club sponsored competitions, exhibitions, shows, and critiques!
• Access to national level judges and officials affiliated with Peninsula Skating Club
• Financial support for skaters who qualify to Sectional, Junior National, and National
• Fun and social events to get to know other skaters, parents, judges and officials – pizza parties, annual banquet.
• Programs including parent and skater support.

PSC, a member club of US Figure Skating, is an entirely volunteer driven organization built to provide support to skaters, judges, officials, and coaches.

We need your help... Each family must complete a Minimum of 10 hours of volunteering to remain in good standing. Volunteers are an essential ingredient to running our two competitions and supporting our skaters. Becoming a volunteer is easy…complete the volunteer form and return it with your membership application. Most opportunities do not require previous experience, so don’t worry if you don’t know how to ice monitor or run the music. Once we receive your application, you will be contacted by our extraordinary volunteer coordinator to discuss events where you can fulfill your 10 hour volunteer requirement. Please check the PSC website for volunteer opportunities. You can also contact our PSC Membership Chair for more information.
